We provide support, consultancy and custom AI agents. After a trial we help you choose a package that fits.

Agreements

Ongoing service rests on a clear agreement on scope, price, and term.

Customer responsibilities

You provide the information, access, and guidance the agent needs to work correctly. You remain responsible for your own systems, data, and internal policies.

Data and access

You keep your data. We request only the minimum access needed to deliver the service and do not use it for other purposes.

Availability

We aim for steady availability. Interruptions can happen due to maintenance, network issues, or third party systems. We work to restore service as soon as we reasonably can.

Liability

The service is provided on a best effort basis. Magenta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
